We are committed to HIPAA compliance. Patient information submitted through our portal must be de-identified (initials only). We do not store, transmit, or process full patient names, dates of birth, or social security numbers. You are responsible for ensuring all uploads comply with applicable privacy regulations.

4. Data Retention
