Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Account & Access

Access to the Cosmetic Smile Studio portal requires approval by our team. Accounts are granted to licensed dental professionals only. By registering, you confirm that you are a licensed dentist, dental specialist, or authorized clinic representative. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use the portal only for legitimate dental lab case submissions
  • Do not submit de-identified patient data (initials only)
  • Do not upload malicious files, copyrighted material you do not own, or inappropriate content
  • Do not attempt to access other users' cases or data

3. Case Submissions & Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on case complexity, material availability, and volume. Rush orders are subject to availability. Cosmetic Smile Studio is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect case information submitted by the client.

4. Payment

Monthly statements are issued on the 1st of each month for all preceding balances and invoices. Payments must be settled within 7 days of the statement issuance date. Payments processed via Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store credit card information.

  • Payment Methods: We no longer accept paper checks. All payments must be made electronically via Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH, or Zelle.
  • Overdue Fee & Account Hold: Accounts with overdue balances remaining unpaid after 7 days from the statement date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee and be placed on temporary hold — no new cases will be started or processed until the balance is paid.

5. Design Review & Approvals

Digital designs sent for review must be approved or rejected within 5 business days. Failure to respond may result in the design proceeding to production. Once approved, design changes may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cosmetic Smile Studio's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. The laboratory is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate impressions, incorrect prescriptions, or patient non-compliance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
